Customer Service Representative

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Resolve customer concerns and issues effectively and courteously
  • Document customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with team members to address customer needs and escalate cases as required
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Uphold company standards for professionalism and confidentiality

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others
