Account Coordinator

Our client, a mission-driven non-profit organization, is seeking a highly organized and personable account coordinator to join their team. This key role supports ongoing relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring top-notch service and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing exceptional support and timely responses to inquiries.
  • Coordinate and track account-related activities, including donation processing, partner communications, and event participation.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM and reporting systems.
  • Support fundraising campaigns, outreach initiatives, and special events.
  • Assist with the development and distribution of communications, presentations, and reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client and partner needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Help resolve account issues or escalate complex matters to management when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in account coordination, customer service, or administrative support, preferably in a non-profit or mission-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems a plus.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
