Entry-Level Platform Implementation Specialist

We're looking for a motivated, technically minded individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Platform Implementation Specialist. In this role, you'll help configure and deploy customer defined platform solutions that support our digital manufacturing and systems integration initiatives.

This is a process-driven position; the "what" and "how" are well-documented but success depends on your ability to think critically, troubleshoot, and improve how we execute. If you have an IT or Computer Science background and you're eager to build real-world experience implementing industrial or enterprise software systems, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute platform configuration activities following defined procedures and templates.
• Perform software setup, parameter adjustments, and data validation as part of system rollout.
• Troubleshoot basic configuration and integration issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Document work performed, including configuration records, change logs, test results, and status updates.
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to streamline processes or improve quality.
• Support deployment testing and participate in go-live and support activities as needed
