Client Success Associate

Join our team to support the customer success department by managing client accounts. You will resolve complex customer issues using various tools and systems while developing data analytical reports for account reviews. Your role will include crafting strategies to retain and grow the customer base, identifying buying traits, and developing leads for the sales team. You will also ensure that lab operations adhere to standard operating procedures and quality standards for donor screening and confirmatory testing. Additionally, you'll coordinate with internal teams to provide timely responses.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts and support customer success initiatives.
  • Resolve complex customer issues using multiple tools and systems.
  • Generate data analytical reports for monthly and quarterly account reviews.
  • Develop strategies to retain and grow customers, and identify buying traits.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely responses.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in Business Operations, Customer Success, Account Management, or related fields.
  • Three or more years in a leadership role with negotiation, growth, and customer success experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Outlook, MS Word, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong skills in account coordination, client engagement, and negotiation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience managing large enterprise to mid-market healthcare clients.
  • Familiarity with IT systems such as RCM and telehealth.
  • Experience with tools like Zendesk, Halo, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Background in expanding client relationships, preferably in business development roles.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
