We are seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic team and contribute to creating exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will play a vital part in the communication bridge between our customers and the company, ensuring that inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.

Job: Full time

Pay Range: $950 - $1200 weekly

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat to answer inquiries and resolve issues
• Provide timely and effective solutions to customer problems and complaints
• Maintain customer records and update account information accurately
• Collaborate with the technical support team to troubleshoot and escalate issues when necessary
• Educate customers about our products and services to enhance their experience
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and also independently
• Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
