As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you'll assist clients in configuring key technical setups such as domain management, CRM user configuration, email setup, and more, ensuring that their systems are ready for integration with our AI solutions.
This role will involve directly supporting clients by completing technical tasks, guiding them through the setup process, and taking tech setup calls to confirm their workflows. You'll play a key role in ensuring our clients' tech environments are properly configured, allowing the integration team to seamlessly move forward with the solution.
