Job Description

The Customer Account Manager within the Supply Chain Globale aims to pilot, monitor, and optimize the availability of necessary parts for various clients or assembly lines and MRO workshops to ensure timely delivery. Manage priorities and allocate critical parts while optimizing costs on an extended perimeter.

Description of significant activities: - Ensure the follow-up of logistics flows and the availability of parts - Anticipate, manage missing parts and alert to meet internal or external client objectives - Assign parts according to client needs: assembly lines, manufacturing, MRO workshops or external clients - Update data in associated systems - Coordinate inventories, perform associated analyses and update stocks - Communicate delivery forecasts to client interfaces - Monitor the supply of parts from our partners: expression of needs and resolution of disputes - Track performance indicators, make summaries and reporting - Contribute to operational process evaluations and improvement projects - Manage the allocation of critical parts according to the validation process - Ensure the availability of a complete alternative solution in case of non-compliance with deadlines taking into account the configuration and client requirements - Analyze malfunctions and pilot the corrective action plan - Pilot a Task Force in case of crisis
