About the Opportunity: You'll be the trusted partner for our airline and MRO customers across the EMEA region—managing relationships, driving satisfaction, and ensuring smooth spares order management for our landing gear, wheels and brakes, and braking systems. This is a dynamic role where you'll coordinate with internal teams, resolve challenges, and keep aircraft flying by responding to urgent AOG requests. What you'll be doing:

• Manage key airline and MRO accounts, acting as the primary contact for spares and customer support.
• Coordinate with internal teams on logistics, supply chain, and credit management to resolve issues quickly.
• Monitor and control customer demand through order book reviews, delivery planning, and risk analysis.
• Handle urgent AOG requests, including RFQs, order entry, and delivery coordination, and support the global out-of-hours desk on a rotational basis.
• Promote digital tools and resources to enhance customer experience and efficiency.

Job Requirements: What you'll bring

• Proven experience in managing customer relationships with a strong customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and tools such as SAP, MS Dynamics, CRM, and Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation—with confidence in stakeholder engagement.
• Flexibility to support out-of-hours AOG management and occasional travel within the EMEA region.
