Job Description: Context Safran Aircraft Engines (SAE) is experiencing a huge ramp-up on Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) business. Part of this ramp-up will be performed through offloading the MRO activities (Shop Visits) to joint-venture or third-party partners (a network of Offload partners). Cost performance of this offloaded activity is key for the profitability of our customers' contracts. Main Functions • To create SAP projects for Offloaded Shop Visits and issue corresponding SAE Purchase Orders to Offload partners, with the right articles as defined per the Offload contracts. • To lead the validation of invoices received from Offload Partners, along with SAE Purchasers (for compliance with Offload contract) and SAE Engine Owners (for compliance with shop finding report and actual shop visit execution). • To update SAP for the Offload services performed. • To analyse the Shop Visit Costs, and monitor the cost evolutions during Shop Visit process (gates) through gathering the following information : o The external costs from Offload partners o The repair costs for LRUs and Parts when repaired in Safran Aircraft Engines supply chain. • To communicate on a timely manner the cost elements to the team in charge of quoting and invoicing toward end customers
Job Requirements: Hard Skills • Demonstrated experience in cost controlling, Purchase order to invoicing process • Good knowledge of IT tools as SAP, Power BI and MS Excel. • Knowledge of MRO business • Knowledge of aircraft engines & technical understanding of different shop visits scenarios will be an added advantage Soft Skills • Integrity, Rigor, Autonomy. • Good communication skills. Education and Experience: •Diploma/NITEC in business administration or accountancy •Well-versed in ERP software, preferably SAP and Microsoft tools (Excel , Words). •Commercial knowledge of the aviation industry would be an added advantage.
