Customer Support Trainnee

Customer Support Trainnee will support to:

• Build up and maintain a close relation with customers.
• Assure that the information shared related to the performance of the SHOP is clear and on time
• Attend internal and external requirements from customers and/or support areas of the SHOP
• Actively participates in the performance of the Purchase Orders in the SHOP to fulfill internal KPI's (TAT, SPT)
• Carry out root cause analysis and establish action plans to satisfy customers' needs
• Monitor the fulfillment of the forecasted demand from customers
• Supports the Traffic and Operations departments for the good reception and repair of purchase orders
• Review technical documentation to meet customers requirements
• Help on the pre-invoice process of the Purchase Orders
