Customer Service Manager

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring alignment on expectations and service performance. Manage contract review, execution, and annual performance assessments. Coordinate overhaul planning, logistics, documentation, and follow-up of landing gear shop visits. Support commercial activities: quotation preparation, invoicing follow-up, credit notes, and sales reporting. Lead post-delivery support including warranty claims, technical inquiries, and AOG requests. Monitor service performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering (or related field). 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Program Management or related functions. Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills. Experience working in cross-functional environments. Advanced English (written and spoken). Results-driven mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
