As a Technical Support Analyst, you'll be the first line of support for SafeRide employees across the country, helping them resolve IT issues and stay connected to the systems they need to serve our members. You'll provide excellent help desk support while learning core IT infrastructure processes in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This is an entry-level, onsite role in our San Antonio office with room to grow as part of our expanding IT Infrastructure team.
