We are looking for a Desktop Support Specialist who will provide front line user support (level 1 and 2) and complete system administration tasks for the Russell McVeagh technology systems. Join our IT Operations team as they work closely with the wider IT team to ensure that all users have functional and correctly configured equipment and appropriate access to network services. We are searching for a motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills who can provide a responsive and skilled service to our firm.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a current Desktop Support / Helpdesk Analyst wanting to step up their IT career! We provide excellent training and support.
