What You'll Do:

• Customer Service (Chats, email, and calls).
• Comply with all established internal protocols.
• Validate and apply courtesies/retentions.
• Review and/or report sports betting/casino activity.
• Report accounts with suspicious activity.
• Report interactions for reassignment to other areas/teams.
• Telegram (VIP channel).
• Mentoring new team members.
