Department

Within Rothschild & Co Asset Management, you will join the Client Service Department, composed of four people. The Client Service Department is part of the Business Development teams of Rothschild & Co Asset Management.

You will actively participate in the team's missions in close collaboration with all departments of the company, particularly with the commercial teams. Its objective is to respond as best as possible to the needs of clients by relying on the different teams internally.

Missions

You will be directly integrated into the Client Service Department, the team is composed of 4 people, and your main missions will be as follows:

• Follow up and processing of client requests from French and European clients (institutional, distributors, cross-border distribution platforms);
• Close collaboration with commercial teams in France and Europe;
• Follow up of topics and projects with the different internal teams (management, ESG, reporting, tender calls, legal, operational teams, risks, compliance, etc.);
• Launch and follow up of the life of dedicated funds and mandates;
• Constitution and updating of client files;
• Participation in various internal and external meetings;
• Coordination of distribution contracts and their legal and operational follow up;
• Participation in the definition and improvement of procedures.

At the heart of the management company, the Client Service Department is an entry point for our clients and ensures the good coordination of responses to their requests by relying on the expertise of each of the teams internally, in a demanding, dynamic, and fulfilling environment.

Profile

It is above all your personality and mindset that interest us;

You have a higher education degree (Bac +4 or +5) in Banking, Finance, or Asset Management;

You have a good understanding of the asset management universe, a first experience in asset management in tendering, marketing, or commercial functions is required;

Autonomy, rigor, organization, and method, respect for deadlines;

Relational qualities, dynamism, team spirit;

Proactivity, taking initiatives;

Synthesis skills and writing abilities;

Excellent oral and written expression;

Fluent English required;

Mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
