To support the growth of our Health & Pharma Solutions (HPS) Business Unit, we are looking for our future Account Manager North Europe. You will be reporting to the Head of Consumer Health & Injectables Sales - EMEA. This strategic role covers a key territory in Northern Europe, including France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the Nordics (Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway) — a region with strong potential across the Consumer HealthCare markets.

Ideally based in the Lille area, in Belgium, or in the Netherlands, the role requires more than 50% travel across the territory to ensure close customer engagement and business development. You will collaborate daily with a wide internal network: Global & Key Account Managers, Inside Sales, Pricing, Marketing, Customer Care, Technical Developers, Sales Operations, Business Monitoring, as well as the regional leads for CHC, Capsules and Channel Partners. Your role will be essential in connecting market needs, Roquette solutions and the growth ambitions of the Business Unit.

As Account Manager North Europe, your mission will be to manage and grow a strategic customer portfolio, lead and develop distributor relationships, identify and convert new opportunities, and promote the full Roquette portfolio across your region.

    • Create and maintain trusted relationships with key customers.
    • Understand their needs and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
    • Maintain regular field presence with commercial and technical stakeholders.
  • Manage and boost distributor performance
    • Monitor their pipelines, performance and service levels.
    • Align their priorities with Roquette's strategy and support them toward their objectives.
    • Participate in joint visits and support strategic opportunities.
  • Drive commercial development with ambition
    • Identify new opportunities across the North territory.
    • Build and execute effective growth strategies.
    • Introduce new Roquette solutions, lead country seminars and represent Roquette at international events.
  • Accelerate revenue growth
    • Build and maintain a solid and qualified sales pipeline.
    • Lead commercial negotiations, close deals and ensure long-term development.
    • Partner closely with the Pricing team to maximize competitiveness and value creation.
  • Provide relevant and responsive technical support
    • Deliver first-level product expertise to customers.
    • Collaborate with Technical Developers on complex projects and innovation needs.
  • Capture market insights to anticipate trends
    • Conduct active monitoring of trends, regulations and competitor activities.
    • Share key insights internally to support market strategy and decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within Roquette's ecosystem
    • Work closely with Marketing, PLM, Sales Ops, Customer Care and the wider commercial network.
    • Ensure accurate reporting and rigorous CRM management.

Education:

  • Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in sales or business development in pharma, life sciences or ingredients.
  • Experience in Consumer HealthCare
  • Solid knowledge of the pharma/nutra market.

Key Skills:

  • Negotiation & communication
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce is a plus)
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Analysis, organization, autonomy

Languages:

  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • French is an advantage.
  • Any additional European language is a plus.

Other Information:

  • Regular field presence required.
  • Travel > 50%.
  • Valid driver's license required.
