Project Coordinator

Rockwell Automation is looking for a project coordinator who will help our team of project managers as well as the rest of the campus.

You will report to the team lead and have a hybrid working schedule in Prague, Czechia.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support of Project Management Office
• Project administration (creation of documents, SAP process)
• Creating orders for external goods
• Maintenance of internal knowledgebase (Confluence)
• Management of time reporting/invoicing for contractor vendors
• Approval of internal roles for development tools
• Support of R&D Campus
• Intercompany orders for various departments
• Organizing language courses for all employees
• Occasional preparation of reports to Czech Statistical Office
• Cooperating with Facility Manager if needed

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• 2+ years of experience in similar role
• Logical thinking and proactive/independent behavior
• Proficiency in MS Office (most importantly work with Excel)
• Orientation on details, reliability, transparency and fast learning
• Curiosity to find new ways how to make your work more effective (incl. AI)
• Fluency in English and Czech
• Team player

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Any previous experience with SAP, Confluence or MS Copilot
