The Position

Come and join us in a Internship at Roche Diagnostics. It is a paid internship program organized in the RCSC department (Regional Customer Support Center) in the office in Warsaw. At the moment we are looking for a candidate willing to join our team.

The responsibilities of an intern it belongs to answer customer calls and support customers remotely. The intern will have a chance to get an insight into the procedures of a company, learn about IVD systems used in laboratories, understand schemes of connections with IVD instruments and more over option to learn technical design of IVD systems.

What we are looking for?

-Student or a recent graduate in life science, technical engineering, or biotechnology degree.
-You are interested in IVD systems
-Flexible working time: min 2 or 3 days per week
- Native Polish language skills
- English level min on B1
-Additional languages will be a plus
-You are a fast learner and have motivation to learn
-You have very good communication skills.
