Premier Account Manager 卓越客户经理

The Position

Responsible for implementing sales and premier account support.

负责地区销售任务的执行和卓越客户支持管理。

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :

1. Know premier account and develop the target market. Follow up responsible premier accounts and optimize the use of expenses budget.

掌握卓越客户信息开发目标市场,跟进所负责的卓越客户,优化使用预算内开支。

2. Implement overall business strategy to keep a consistently high level of customer satisfaction and result cross BAs' sustainable growth and yearly target is achieved.

执行卓越客户业务战略,保证客户持续高满意度并助力公司跨事业部的持续性发展与年度目标的完成。

3. Build and own strong partnership with leverage of resources for ensuring premier accounts' requirements is met; Drive the Roche portfolio synergy to provide premier account business solutions.

建立并维护牢固的合作伙伴关系,整合可利用资源从而满足卓越客户需求;充分运用罗氏产品组合优势来提供大客户管理解决方案。

4. Manage suitable distributor network, assist and monitor performance of distributors.

管理经销网络,协助,监督经销商的销售业绩。

5. Observe competitors closely and cooperation with tendering team and follow up the process in the area.

观察地区内市场竞争,与招投标团队密切合作,跟进地区内的招投标流程。

6. Coordinate and collaborate with cross functions internally to ensure the business efficiency.

协调并与内部跨职能部门进行合作,确保业务高效。

7. Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager主管指派的其他任务

8. Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection合法合理开展业务活动

9. Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)

了解并执行直线经理的SHE职责(详见SHE手册相关定义)

Education& Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:

1. Bachelor or master Degree in Health/Science disciplines. MBA will be a plus. 生物科学或相关领域本科或硕士学历。 工商管理硕士尤佳。

2. Good command of MS office software application 熟练应用微软办公软件

3. Nice to have intermediate level of English skills to get adapted in multi-national working environment.有一定的英文能力,以适应外企工作环境。

Experience工作经验:

1. At least 5 years' similar sales experience in the relevant industry 至少5年相关行业销售经验

2. Marketing and channel development experience will be a plus 有市场和渠道开拓经验尤佳
