Job Summary职位概述:
Responsible for implementing sales and premier account support. Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责:
- Know premier account and develop the target market. Follow up responsible premier accounts and optimize the use of expenses budget.
- Implement overall business strategy to keep a consistently high level of customer satisfaction and result cross BAs' sustainable growth and yearly target is achieved.
- Build and own strong partnership with leverage of resources for ensuring premier accounts' requirements is met; Drive the Roche portfolio synergy to provide premier account business solutions.
- Manage suitable distributor network, assist and monitor performance of distributors.
- Observe competitors closely and cooperation with tendering team and follow up the process in the area.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross functions internally to ensure the business efficiency.

- Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection 合法合理开展业务活动
- Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager’s SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook) 了解并执行直线经理的SHE职责(详见SHE手册相关定义)
Basic Requirements of the Job基本任职资格:
Education & Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:
- Bachelor or master Degree in Health/Science disciplines. MBA will be a plus. 生物科学或相关领域本科或硕士学历。 工商管理硕士尤佳。
- Good command of MS office software application 熟练应用微软办公软件
- Nice to have intermediate level of English skills to get adapted in multi-national working environment. 有一定的英文能力,以适应外企工作环境。
Experience工作经验:
- At least 5 years' similar sales experience in the relevant industry 至少5年相关行业销售经验
- Marketing and channel development experience will be a plus 有市场和渠道开拓经验尤佳
