The Position

This role is initially for fixed-term 12 months, with the possibility to prolong. We are seeking a new colleague to join our Logistic & Supply Chain team in Diagnostics Division as a Customer Service Representative, to provide administrative and operational support for order processing and customer communication.

The Opportunity

  • Process customer orders in SAP system
  • Create sales orders, invoices and credit notes
  • Communicate with customers to resolve operational requests or questions
  • Cooperation with colleagues from logistics, finance, sales and quality (complaint handling) departments
  • Provide timely information to clients and ensure smooth order flow
  • Gradually learn and support other logistics-related tasks

Who You Are

  • University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics or related field is an advantage
  • You enjoy administrative tasks, are detail-oriented, responsible and well-organized
  • You have professional and customer-friendly communication skills
  • Fluent in local language (Czech/Slovak native level) and good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Experience with SAP (order management) is preferred
  • Comfortable using Google platforms
  • Proven experience in a customer-focused role (sales support, application support, customer service, training)
  • Self-starter, proactive, with ability to handle conflicting priorities independently
  • Motivated to develop long-term relationships with clients
  • Open to continuous learning
