As Account Manager Centralised Solutions (intern Customer Engagement Partner) you are the face of Roche Centralised Solutions (CS) at medical laboratories and hospitals. You build sustainable customer relationships with the most important stakeholders and translate their needs into valuable solutions from our wide range of products and services.
You operate in a procurement-driven market and are continuously engaged in binding the customer in all phases of the sales process. You are a crucial link in the multidisciplinary CS team (sales, marketing, consultancy, support) and the driving force in the internal network to bring in the customer perspective. Together you ensure the sales and successful implementation of our innovations.
Roche Centralised Solutions
The central laboratory diagnostics is a mature, but dynamic market in the Netherlands with challenges around network formation, cost efficiency, and staff shortages. Roche introduces essential new innovations in the coming years. Your primary task is to identify and capitalize on the opportunities for these innovations.
