Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact? Our Crop Insurance division is looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to support our Sales Agents, ASRs, and Director of Processing.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with both people and processes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Your Impact:
- Process all incoming/outgoing paperwork from both local and remote agents.
- Maintain electronic and physical client files from year to year.
- Accurately enter and submit policy data in multiple systems, always meeting deadlines.
- Support printing and mailing projects with precision and efficiency.
- Monitor compliance with AIP document requirements.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with agents, assistants, and AIP contacts.
- Build your knowledge of crop insurance procedures and regulations.
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- High school diploma.
- Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
- Experience with customer service software and data analysis tools.
