The Account Manager position is a crucial role within the agency. This position requires exceptional communication skills, creative energy, drive and the ability to manage multiple accounts at one time. The ideal candidate should excel at thinking strategically and building solid client relationships while possessing a strong understanding of marketing, advertising and social media. Understanding the basic fundamentals of agency life, including the speed of work and interdepartmental collaboration is a must. You will work closely with a project manager partner so clear communication is vital.
