As the Account Executive - IT Services your key responsibilities will include maintaining and expanding existing client relationships while also seeking new opportunities. You will be responsible for generating more than 30% of your own new sales pipeline and you will grow new sales across the IT Services portfolios with both non-Ricoh customers and within Ricoh's existing customer base, delivering transformation outcomes and experiences.
You will be responsible for working closely with C+ level management and technology specialists in identifying IT opportunities, with the objective of securing new business. This could be in the form of Procurement Services, Professional Services, Field Services, Managed Services or a mix, that delivers positive change for the customer.
