As an Account Executive – Digital Workplace, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding existing client relationships while driving new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include:
Generating more than 50% of your own new sales pipeline.
Growing new sales across all portfolios with both non-Ricoh customers and within Ricoh's existing customer base.
Engaging in solution selling and leveraging your ability to cross-sell into our Digital Services business.
While a background in Print is advantageous, it is not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm for solution selling and your ability to identify and seize new business opportunities.
To be successful in this role:
5+ years of quota-carrying sales and account relationship management experience.
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong desire to over-achieve revenue goals.
Evidence of successful prospecting and creating more than 50% of your own pipeline.
Experience in developing and executing business/account plans.
The ability to handle both business and technical decision-makers in customer organizations.
Proven ability to create, advance, and close new sales.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Strong influencer and negotiator.
The versatility to operate in both hunting and farming models.
