Account Manager

Richtech Robotics is looking for an Account Manager who will specialize in robotics sales for our rapidly-growing company. The ideal Account Manager will be organized, and able to skillfully juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a clear mind.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire fulfillment process for robot deployment projects, ensuring that all phases from planning to execution meet organizational standards and client expectations.
  • Manage and coordinate robot events, including logistics, scheduling, and on-site management, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Oversee team scheduling and day-to-day staff coordination to ensure optimal coverage and workflow.
  • Assist Tax Manager as needed.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project goals, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and problem solving throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage risks and issues proactively, developing contingency plans and resolving any project-related challenges.
  • Ensure that project deliverables are met in accordance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
  • Prepare and present regular status updates and reports to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety standards during project implementation.
  • Support business development efforts by participating in project scoping, client meetings, and post-project evaluations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, ideally in a technology, robotics, or event management setting.
  • Strong track record of successfully managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and teams.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a hands-on approach to managing projects.
