Richtech Robotics is looking for an Account Manager who will specialize in robotics sales for our rapidly-growing company. The ideal Account Manager will be organized, and able to skillfully juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a clear mind.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire fulfillment process for robot deployment projects, ensuring that all phases from planning to execution meet organizational standards and client expectations.
Manage and coordinate robot events, including logistics, scheduling, and on-site management, ensuring seamless execution.
Oversee team scheduling and day-to-day staff coordination to ensure optimal coverage and workflow.
Assist Tax Manager as needed.
Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, suppliers, and vendors.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project goals, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and problem solving throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage risks and issues proactively, developing contingency plans and resolving any project-related challenges.
Ensure that project deliverables are met in accordance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
Prepare and present regular status updates and reports to senior management and clients.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety standards during project implementation.
Support business development efforts by participating in project scoping, client meetings, and post-project evaluations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, ideally in a technology, robotics, or event management setting.
Strong track record of successfully managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and teams.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership qualities with a hands-on approach to managing projects.
