Job Summary: If residing within a 50 mile radius of a Highmark location (PA, DE, WV, NY), this will be a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week (T/W/TH) in office. This job will support leadership with a primary focus on assisting in the execution of business and operational strategies throughout the business through effective communications with other executives and team members, diligent program management, and the research and tracking of key initiatives. The position has visibility with the executive leadership team and will have insight into business and operational strategy for the organization. Develops and maintains relationships with other executives and management staff to promote corporate objectives. Works to implement business specific agenda by serving as lead for initiatives and tasks advancing strategies. Responsibilities span a number of different facets of the business, including but not limited to platform onboarding, strategic planning and growth design, and managing relationships across the enterprise. Additionally, supports execution of M&A implementations. Provides analytical and strategic thinking for the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that will facilitate business unit growth.
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management
Substitutions: 6 years related and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor degree

Pay Range Minimum: $108,000.00 Pay Range Maximum: $201,800.00 Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate's qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
