Order fulfillment which includes order management, invoicing and logistics (for LSDX Large pack, consumable and reagents order)

Support the service organization.

Identify and respond to customer's/sales inquiries or concerns and ensure prompt resolution to customer's satisfaction.

Generate PO for local supplies that is bundled to instruments.

Update customer on the status of order and date of delivery.

Ensure timely reporting of orders, sales, and backlog performance.

Coordinate with customs broker for the customs clearance and delivery of goods.

Check estimate computation of duties and taxes.

Coordinate with Finance to release credit block before we proceed to deliver the goods.

Manage order fulfillment and timely shipment delivery to customers.

Facilitates and coordinates Returned Material Authorization (RMA) as necessary.

Other ad hoc tasks/projects assigned by the manager.
