As a Client Success Manager (CSM) on RevBoss' Client Success team, you will own the relationship of 8-10 clients, provide strategic outbound lead gen expertise primarily through email campaigns, and ensure they see measurable success from our service and insights. Your success in the role will be based on client satisfaction, retention, and upsell/business growth components.
Our CSMs are organized into "pods" consisting of other CSMs and a Growth Strategist leader. There is shared accountability and responsibility for the pod's clients and their success - so you'll be working collaboratively on strategic discussions for all clients within your pod, including the 8-10 you directly manage.
Your primary responsibility is to drive leads (and happiness) for our clients. We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience managing client relationships in a consultative capacity, ideally in outbound/lead generation. We expect the person in this role to be comfortable taking full ownership of clients' success and making strategic decisions on their behalf.
You'll spend most of your time working directly as a strategic partner on prospect research and strategy, managing email outreach programs, leading client check-in calls, using internal data and insights to guide client campaign optimizations, and working with our team to refine our process. This role will require you to manage a number of moving pieces for multiple clients, so you'll need to be incredibly organized, adept at switching gears, and ready to hustle.

The role is based in Durham, NC -- but we're open to remote employees and have quite a few full time remote team members. Your interviews/onboarding will be via video calls.
Base Salary for this role is between $50,000 — $60,000, and there are a lot of client bonus/EOY profit share opportunities.
The Client Success Manager position is our base level of a tiered CSM progression path. We are very committed as a team to training and promoting internally. The promotion to CSM2 is expected within 6-8 months, and comes with a base pay bump, and unlocks additional client retention earning potential.
