Sales Coordinator

A leading company in the automotive sector is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support its Sales & Marketing department. This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their careers in sales operations within a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Support Sales Manager and partners with sales coordination matters.
• Manage monthly production orders and order allocations from distribution partners.
• Prepare and update proforma invoices based on monthly order allocations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales reports, stock levels, order tracking, estimates, and sales budgets.
• Update and monitor distribution partners' order sheets and pricing lists as required.
• Liaise with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate shipment handling.
• Track payment records and follow up with partners when needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform other relevant tasks as needed.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant graduate qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination and/or customer service.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with database systems.
• Prior experience in the tyre or automotive industry is an advantage.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
• Solution-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• Strong initiative, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable and composed, with a willingness to learn and take on challenges.
