As a Senior Project Manager for Propellint, a ReSource Pro company, you will be responsible for leading high-complexity, enterprise-level projects across multiple clients. This role will define and oversee project delivery frameworks, ensuring successful planning, execution, and outcomes. Acting as a strategic partner to clients and internal leadership, the Senior Project Manager will anticipate challenges, drive solutions, and mentor junior staff, while maintaining strong executive-level relationships to deliver measurable business value. What you need to be successful...

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in software implementations or program/project management within IT/software delivery environments
• + years' experience managing enterprise-scale, multi-stakeholder, or high complexity projects
• Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience preferred; PMP certification preferred
• Knowledge of policy administration, claims management, and vendor solutions (Insurity, Majesco, Guidewire, Duck Creek, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Project and project management tools
• Expertise in project management methodologies (traditional and agile)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor messages to executive audiences
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence without direct authority

Your compensation...

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position, and the salary range for most locations for this role is $77,680 - $131,403 annually. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
