To support us in this, we are currently looking for a:n Customer Service Representative for our Customer Service at ResMed in Freiham!

This is what your daily work will look like:

• Complex order processing: Order entry for the supply of new and existing patients to ensure the supply of respiratory therapy devices and accessories according to health insurance specific guidelines in the warehouse management system including existing parallel systems

• Clarification of the supply situation or the prescription status

• Timely extension of supply allowances including obtaining and processing operating hours information

• Order control using process status and research for process clarifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• A completed commercial education or a comparable qualification

• Experience in customer service or a similar position

• Excellent communication skills and a love for interacting with people

• Teamwork, flexibility, and a strong service orientation

• Ideally prior experience in the medical technology sector

• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, English language skills are advantageous
