We are now hiring our new Key Account Manager (KAM). The office is in Lysaker outside Oslo. Resmed Norway invites you to apply for this KAM role to help us achieve our goals after securing the national framework agreement for the third time. We are looking forward to including a new member in a strong, dedicated and motivated team consisting of 10 people.
Responsibilities
- As KAM (Key Account Manager) you are responsible for strategic business development in existing and/or new hospitals in your geographical district. You will be directly responsible for coordinating and executing sales, course and training activities digitally and physically in the hospitals. You will meet with customers as needed to achieve defined results. Some travel is expected for customer visits and conferences.
- Resmed's corporate language is English.
- Be an active part of the digitalisation process at the hospitals in your region.
- Build and maintain relationships with your customers to give them the best possible utilisation of Resmed's products and solutions.
- Plan and execute sales strategies, both alone and as part of the sales team, with a wide range of customers in the healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with our Nordic sales and marketing team.
- Understand and be an active participant in the work with tender processes.
- Monitor national and local trends in the healthcare industry.
- Develop relationships with key Key Opinion Leaders (KOL).
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 3 years' education in health, business or sales.
- Minimum of 3 years' sales experience (B2B), experience from the healthcare system or other work experience.
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or a similar CRM platform (Customer Relationship Management) is an advantage.
- Familiar with Windows-based software (including MS Office).
- Ability to adapt in a fast growing international company.
- A flexible and future-oriented mindset, open to learning new things.
- Excellent formal and informal communication skills, in fluent Norwegian and English.
- Ability to learn and understand new concepts.
- Positive attitude and good ability to solve problems.
