The primary role of the IT Support function is to provide technical support to employees experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies. Key deliverables include utilizing BMC & Jira software for logging caller requests and assigning / escalating issues where needed.
As an Associate Analyst, IT Support, you will be on-site in Halifax, Nova Scotia at our ResMed office. Reporting into the IT Support Team Lead - Americas, you will deliver an extraordinary customer experience and IT support to all Resmedians, making their lives easier by supporting them quickly and effectively.
