Please note that for this role, C2-level English proficiency is required. This is a fully on-site position based in Berlin.

What You Will Do

  • Be our first Account Manager for the UK. Build the foundation for future growth
  • Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities in the UK market
  • Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team
  • Continuously improve customer experience and streamline processes
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities and seek out potential partnerships, staying ahead of industry developments
  • Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Experience in B2B customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers
  • Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering
  • Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem and a degree in economics, engineering, or a related field are a plus
  • Motivated to drive change in renewables and make a positive impact
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
