Intern - Branch Support Service Assistant

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Intern to support our Branch Support Service Assistant role (Service Scheduler/Planner) to join our team.

To help to achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive allowance & bright career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands on assistance from Service and Operation Team. In this role you will be responsible for:

• Assist to pickup inbound calls.
• Assist to handle complaint calls.
• Perform appointments calls to confirm service appointments.
• Check service backlogs, perform service re-planning and issue necessary tickets, etc.
• Docket compilation, prepare service schedule.
