Customer Service Representative (Csr) – Personal Lines

While they specialize in commercial trucking and workers' compensation, they also support families with their personal insurance needs. Their mission is to deliver trusted, client-first service by combining deep insurance expertise with a personalized approach.
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Personal Lines to join our client's team on a part-time, remote basis. This role is ideal for someone based in Latin America with prior U.S. insurance experience who can manage day-to-day client servicing for Personal Lines (auto, home, renters, umbrella). You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring timely service and strong retention, while supporting the senior team in focusing on commercial accounts.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat for Personal Lines policies.
- Processing endorsements, cancellations, ID cards, and certificates accurately and promptly.
- Assisting with renewals by gathering documents, remarketing policies, and preparing quotes.
- Liaising with carriers regarding billing, coverage, and claims support.
- Maintaining accurate client and policy records in carrier portals and CASA's CRM (Monday.com).
- Providing proactive follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Supporting the CS&O Lead with onboarding, documentation, and additional tasks as needed.
