Virtual Oral Care Consultant
We are seeking a Virtual Oral Care Consultant to join our team and provide expert guidance to customers from your home. As a Virtual Oral Care Consultant, you will deliver digital consultations, helping individuals improve their oral hygiene routines, understand product options, and feel confident in their care choices. You will offer personalized advice, support product education, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct virtual consultations with customers to assess oral care needs
- Recommend suitable products and routines tailored to individual goals
- Provide education on oral hygiene best practices
- Maintain accurate records of consultations and follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
What we are looking for:
- Background in dental hygiene, dentistry, or oral health (qualified or experienced)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using video conferencing tools and CRM systems
- Self-motivated, empathetic, and customer-focused
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
