The Strategic Account Executive (SAE) is responsible for driving revenue growth and market share expansion across Regal Rexnord\'s global OEM accounts by developing and executing strategic sales plans. This role serves as the primary owner of customer relationships, managing expectations and aligning internal stakeholders to deliver on complex initiatives. Success requires proven experience in power transmission or industrial sales, combined with a strong background in OEM account management, relationship building, and cross-functional collaboration. The SAE acts as a trusted advisor, leveraging industry expertise to influence strategic decisions and position Regal Rexnord as a preferred partner in the global marketplace.

Compensation Details: $125K - $175K+ 30% SICP bonus
The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company\'s base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate\'s skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.
