Implementation Administrator

Join Verity Solutions as an Implementation Administrator and lead transformative SaaS onboarding projects. You will guide customers through seamless implementation of Verity software, ensuring success from planning to launch. Your expertise will empower clients and strengthen our mission to deliver exceptional 340B program outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through launch, ensuring timely delivery and measurable success.
• Develop strong relationships with customer project leads to understand their 340B program goals and tailor solutions.
• Analyze customer systems and data to configure software accurately and optimize workflows.
• Provide comprehensive training to enable confident use of Verity software and smooth transition to live operations.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert, escalating technical needs and coordinating internal resources as required.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Account Management to align expectations and deliver operational excellence.
• Facilitate proactive communication with customers, TPAs, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for implementation workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, project management, or customer-facing technology roles preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting data and configuration issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience leading customer training sessions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with advanced Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Experience with 340B programs or pharmacy operations.
• PMP certification or formal project management training.
• Background in onboarding remote customers to cloud-based software solutions.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 85,900 - 143,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
