As a Client Success Manager, you will support SSC's growth and retention efforts by developing, documenting, and managing programs related to client satisfaction and operational improvements. Working closely with operational leadership and support teams, you will ensure seamless program execution and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has experience leading complex programs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster compliance across multi-level stakeholder groups.
Program Management: Support development and administration of all aspects of account management, growth, and retention programs, including processes, tools, and training.
Process Improvement: Streamline workflows, introduce technologies and strategies, and improve team efficiency while maintaining flexibility across operations.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure all initiatives meet program standards, track critical metrics, and coordinate corrective actions as needed.
Project Management: Manage multiple large-scale projects with efficiency, balancing timelines and priorities to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Proposals & Presentations: Craft and refine client-facing documents including governance presentations, retention proposals, and presentations in collaboration with operations and sales teams to ensure clear, compelling messaging.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience with 5+ years in program/project management; Facilities Management experience is a plus. Proven experience developing, implementing, and streamlining cross-functional programs and processes elevating client retention. Expertise in crafting client documents, proposals, and presentations with attention to detail in fast-paced environments. Self-motivated with strong prioritization, organizational, and time management skills. Travel required; less than 25%.
