You will help them not only with an optimal implementation and use of our software, but also build long-term relationships and contribute to the growth of both our customers and our company. What will you do?
- Build and maintain relationships: You will be the point of contact for our customers, understand their goals, and ensure strong, long-term partnerships;
- Increase customer satisfaction: You will ensure that customers get the most out of our products and services, so they stay with us;
- Advise proactively: By analyzing customer data, you will signal opportunities and give advice on how they can better utilize our products and services;
- Create additional value: You will recognize commercial opportunities and work with sales to help customers grow and get more out of our solutions;
- Implement improvements: You will collect feedback, share insights, and work with product development, marketing, and support to make our products better.
What do you bring?
- Experience with Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Service, or similar;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good analytical skills and a data-driven mindset;
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, for example) and customer analyses;
- Proactive, results-oriented attitude and a passion for customer satisfaction;
- Good command of the Dutch language.
