Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking enthusiastic and client-focused Customer Service Representative with strong verbal English skills to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction by effectively handling both incoming and outgoing calls.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Make outbound calls to provide information, follow-ups, or reminders to clients.
• Update and maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
• Assist clients with account changes, policy questions, and other service requests.
• Address customer concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal English communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
