Slots Gaming Support Technician
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs all ATM, JDU, and MIMO fills, credits, and repairs.
- Works effectively and maintains positive relationships with internal and external vendors and guests.
- Assists guests with transactional needs related to ATMs, JDUs, and MIMOs.
- Monitors status and working areas for ATMs, JDUs, and MIMOs ensuring all are operational and areas are secure and clean.
- Balances monies received and disbursed.
- Conducts operation of basic slot machinery, cash dispensing machine, redemption machine, bill counter, and calculator.
- Maintains current knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws (federal, state, compact, etc.) and attendant regulations, as well as internal controls, policies and procedures.
- Promotes departmental and property-wide promotions continually.
- Brings employee concerns and/or problems and unusual guest activities to the attention of the shift manager.
- Promotes positive guest relations through prompt, courteous and efficient service.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to frequently lift 20 pounds or more.
