The Technical Operations Associate is a key member of our IT team, supporting the internal systems that keep our business running smoothly. Reporting directly to the CTO, this role touches a variety of technologies — including Salesforce, SQL, and custom PHP-based tools — and works cross-functionally with sales, operations, and marketing teams.
This is an excellent entry point for someone who wants to build their technical skill set in a real-world business environment. You'll receive mentorship, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to grow in areas like business systems, data reporting, and basic development support.

A successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, training, and credentials, as well as geographic location, internal equity, and budget availability. It is not typical for a candidate to start at or near the top of the range, as compensation decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and aligned with business needs.
