Signing agreements that enable building competitive advantage through quality execution in sales points and increasing valuable resale shares.
Implementing strategies regarding sales volume, profitability, distribution, price levels, and promotional marketing activities.
Developing cooperation with assigned clients by building product availability levels and maintaining sales point execution in line with PSR and WvC assumptions.
Monitoring contract execution and resulting settlements.
Close cooperation with the client's purchasing department and its field structures.
Effective management of the assigned budget.
Market visits and fieldwork to improve sales execution in stores.
Analyzing customer data and developing conclusions to achieve sales goals.
Taking actions to ensure proper product display quality in clients' stores.
Constant communication of contractual and promotional agreements to the Field Force department.
Residing in the southeastern Poland (Podkarpackie Voivodeship).
Sales experience of at least 2 years.
Result-oriented.
Very good work organization.
Communication skills, ability to establish and maintain long-term business relationships.
Sales and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with MS Office suite.
Driver's license category B and readiness for mobile work.
Communicative knowledge of English.
