Responsibilities
- Understand the client/brand strategic vision, and contribute to conversations regarding strategy
- Lead planning and preparation for client meetings, allocating roles and tasks to other team members and presenting/leading sessions in meeting as appropriate. This includes booking meetings, providing agendas and producing contact reports for all client meetings
- Take and interpret briefs from clients, identify any information gaps and plan how to fill those gaps
- Support day-to-day client contact in executing requests and delivering planned activities and materials whilst effectively managing client expectations
- Identify and anticipate client requests/issues/needs and plan accordingly
- Responsible for accuracy of all materials at all stages of development
- Build trust with client, whereby you're seen by the client as their 'go to' person
- Demonstrate current knowledge on market and how this can affect clients/brands
- Establish strong internal relationships, and utilise these to seamlessly execute your role
- Display excellent interpersonal skills and coach more junior team members to learn
- Develop draft scopes of work, supplier contracts, presentations, creative briefs, and other internal/external communications
- Ensure that client feedback is gathered, understood and addressed as appropriate across deliverables and with respective cross functional teams e.g. creative, tech dev, finance etc.
- Ensure that account status, including a clear indication of next steps and actions, is documented on a weekly basis and shared both internally and with client
- Willingness and ability to run client calls or meetings independently
- Manage account finances and resourcing; must be able to track budget, raise invoices and POs and allocate staffing
Required Skills & Experience

- You're a natural leader, but love working as part of a team: Act as day-to-day representative across multiple healthcare accounts as part of an integrated team; help direct the execution of a range of multi-channel tactics for several clients
- You're super creative: You can write compelling, engaging and fresh briefs and work with creative teams, including designers and copy writers, to develop exceptional deliverables for our clients
- You have excellent judgement and can make decisions and keep the team informed, but also know when to raise a red flag
- You have a flair for exceptional client service and managements of multiple accounts
- Highly organised with a mindfulness of deadlines, the ability to manage multiple tasks based on priorities and a strong attention to detail
- Independent thinker confident in taking ownership of assets and material development, but a team player who enjoys collaboration
- Able to devise and articulate solutions to problems on an ongoing basis: don't come with problems, come with solutions

- Demonstrated strong work ethic, with a track record of following through on client requests and with high-quality deliverables on schedule and on budget
- Good understanding of brand promotion, and experience in production of campaigns and tactics to support this
- Strong written and oral communication and presentations skills
- Good management of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) – particularly PowerPoint
- Excellent business communication ability including informal/formal presentation and writing skills; this includes confident public speaking both internally and externally with clients, vendors, and affiliates
- Able to identify own development needs and discuss these with line manager and senior leadership
- BA or equivalent work experience required
