Internship Details

Internship dates: May 4th to August 21, 2026.

Location: 11155 Rue Julien-Audette, Mirabel QC J7N 0G6, Québec, Canada.

Schedule: On-site 5 days a week.

Role Overview

You will report to the Technical Supervisor. You will be responsible for performing varied and complex tasks in the manufacturing and testing of aeronautical engines by ensuring that you provide the right support, both technical and operational with our line assemblers and our customers. You will also be required to adapt new procedures, tools, materials and/or equipment in order to meet the requirements.

The position is based at our Mirabel location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

Daily Responsibilities

• Attend daily review with production line supervisors and group lead in order to offer immediate technical support
• Interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications (TOL, E&TI, CIC, CPW etc.) in order to resolve technical issues on production assembly line and engine testing.
• Interact with the quality organization (Engine Center quality and Customer quality management) to resolve and eliminate quality problems affecting the customer.
• Investigate technical issues, investigations and problems with Engineering
• Participate to Quality clinics tracking the department KPIs & KPCs (eg. Re-test ratio, KPC, SPC, etc.)
• Supports production in the improvement of work instructions and test sequencing and tooling (DR-RFA)

Requirements

• Be eligible to work in Canada.
• Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
• Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
• Pursuing studies in aeronautical, mechanical, and industrial engineering.
• Speaking and writing in French and English is required as well as possessing excellent communication skills.
