Internship dates: May 4th to August 21st 2026

Location: The position is based at our Longueuil location, internship from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site

This internship offers a unique opportunity to get a 360 view of Pratt &Whitney Canada. In this strategic position, the intern will deal with various high visibility projects, working in collaboration with different business units within the customer service organization. His/her role will be to support the VP and her Executive assistant in their daily activities, but also to bring new ideas.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Develop and maintain dashboards.
• Produce market analysis.
• Support analysis and resolution of customer issues
• Write notes and speeches to support Customer Service executives.
• Support Customer Service governance

What do you need to be successful?

• Be eligible to work in Canada
• Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship
• Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable
• Pursuing a degree in please specify fields (Administration, Management, Logistics, Marketing, Business Intelligence, or Civil/Mechanical Engineering)
• Excellent communication skills in French (spoken/written).
• A good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, is required for this the operational needs of the Employer and the people with whom the [candidate] will interact

Assets:

• Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with competing and varying priorities
• Project management skills

Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
